  • You can book 1 session whenever you like, whether it’s once a month or twice a year. It’s whatever you find suitable for you.

  • This service includes 1 zoom or phone call every week for 4 weeks consecutively, allowing consistent guidance and support through that 4 week process. This is very helpful to truly start establishing the practice and create the habits which lead to change and transformation.

  • Honestly the hardest part about making significant change is to work through old patterns, deep emotions, limiting beliefs and not giving up. To remain the course, until you really create new patterns in your brain and body.

  • This package also includes texting support throughout the week within “office hours” and is beneficial to keep the forward momentum strong towards who you are becoming.

  • This service includes 1 zoom or phone call every week for 8 weeks consecutively, allowing consistent guidance and support through that 8 week process. This package takes you to the next level, this is 56 days of commitment.

  • According to Neuroscience at the 8 week mark, the new habits start to become automatic. Just like you formed any habit in your life, daily repetition rewires the brain, as well as the nervous system.

  • This package also includes texting support throughout each week.
